A principled leader with deep commitment to equity and community access in sports, currently driving a $5.7M capital raise to launch APTL franchises in 2027.

Paul Fontana brings 40 years of experience with the USTA and RSPA, and is the Founder of the nonprofit program, Where’s Your Racquet?. His Wilson Advisory Staff connections and deep tennis industry relationships are critical to APTL’s league credibility and equipment partnerships.

Nicholas R. Wallace

Nico Wallace serves as General Counsel for the APTL, providing legal oversight across league governance, franchise structure, player agreements, sponsorship relationships, and intellectual property protection. Nico plays a critical role in safeguarding the APTL’s brand, governance integrity, and legal readiness, enabling expansion while protecting stakeholders and preserving the league’s professional standards.

John W. Griffin brings 25 years of experience in coaching, player development including ODP (Olympic Development Program), as well as league and tournament management & development. Deeply connected within the Midwest and Indianapolis sports community, John’s ability to translate proven soccer league and tournament models into the professional tennis environment supports disciplined growth, community engagement, and long-term league sustainability.

Rhonda Hale serves as Financial Advisor to the APTL, providing strategic guidance on capital raising, financial modeling, and long-term fiscal sustainability. Her work informs the league’s capital strategy, including the evaluation of funding scenarios, deployment of resources across league and franchise operations, and assessment of financial readiness at each stage of expansion.
