“I’m not the only person out there who can play but doesn’t have the financial resources or infrastructure to train. What if we created a pro tennis league?”

- Jordan Myers

The Voice of the APTL

Jordan Myers is a tennis player and storyteller. With a background as an NCAA Division I athlete and a late-blooming surge as an aspiring professional tennis player, he brings both competitive grit and fresh perspective to the court. Jordan also holds an MFA in Creative Writing and has a passion for capturing the journeys of those striving for greatness—on and off the court.

As a co-founder and the voice of the APTL, Jordan’s role is twofold: to document his own path toward pro tennis, and—more importantly—to shine a light on the stories, challenges, and triumphs of every player in the APTL community.

Through his words and example, he aims to inspire, connect, and celebrate all those chasing their own dreams in the game of tennis.

Jordan’s personal journey helped spotlight the gaps and barriers within the current tennis system, but the APTL is for all players facing these challenges—regardless of age, gender, or ranking.

Jordan is training to break through the traditional way—by pursuing an ATP ranking outside the league. He will not compete as a player in the APTL, but instead serves as its co-founder and voice, using his vision and story to amplify the league’s purpose and support all athletes trying to reach the next level.
